We started Signature Roofing & Home Renovations in 1993 and have become one of the largest and fastest growing roofing specialists in North Carolina by doing superior work at reasonable prices, resulting in loads of customer referrals. In fact, most of our business comes from referrals by satisfied customers.
We have been in business since 1993 and we specialize in roofing, gutters/gutter cap (to keep the leaves and debris out), interior and exterior painting, windows, and carpentry.
We have studied our competitors over the years and we are confident we can beat them in quality of work and price. Therefore, we can make several promises to the homeowner even before we ever meet:
1. We promise to use only the best materials on the market;
2. We do the best work because we do not use sub-contractors and we do all work by code;
3. We guarantee to save the homeowner between $350.00 and $1,000 minimum off any other reputable company's estimate, and
4. We do not charge any money until the work is complete and we have done everything that we said we would do w/in the contact, and only then do we accept any money.
